What your day can look like with The Solo Expert OS

Reader, People often ask me what my actual day looks like running my business with The Solo Expert OS. So lemme give you the rundown... ☀️ First thing in the morning, I take a walk and chat with my Chief of Staff. I brain dump everything at her ~ everything I need to do, everything I've done, everything I'm thinking about. She helps me get my thoughts organized and delegates work to other AI Directors based on what's actually important and urgent. Just this one habit of starting with my Chief has doubled my capacity and output. (And focus on income-producing activities vs. the hot thing my ADHD wants me to play with.) 👩💻 When I get to my desk, I start on the highest-value work with my Director of Marketing. We write any emails I need and *she* preps everything directly in my email marketing system. I also whatever my trend-scout agent flagged, and we decide together what's worth talking about. (If I need to be on camera that day, somewhere in the a.m. routine I throw on some makeup.💄) 🙋♀️ Then I check in with my paid student group and read any emails that my {AI} VA has noted for me. I see if anybody needs support, and work with my Director of Curriculum and Director of Client Success on any responses, ideas, or trainings that are top of mind. 💰 If I have sales calls or follow-up that day, my Director of Sales has already prepped everything for me. I spend 10 minutes reviewing: → Calls I need to be on 🏋️ By 2:30pm, I'm ready for a workout. (My office doubles as my gym.) Before I know it, everyone's ready for dinner. My goal isn't to work harder. It's to let my simple AI workflows + agents handle as much of the *doer* work as possible ~ so I get my time and my brain back.
