Staying Small Without Playing Small

I'm not sure when this happened... But somewhere along the way, online business culture decided that one of the key measurements of success was the number of people on your team. And along those same lines is the notion that you can't scale if you don't hire because you're playing small.

I'm totally calling BS on that.
Staying small and playing small are not the same thing at all!

One is a legitimate, freedom-based business structure decision.
The other is busybodies telling you they think you have a mindset problem. #thanksbutno
