I've been OBSESSING OVER my new AI employees in GrokBot.
I gotta be honest: going "all in" on building my own team on an agentic platform has dramatically opened up my capacity and changed the way that I work - in the last two weeks. I feel like the massive weight of minutia and tasks is gone. I feel like the massive weight of minutiae and redundant, boring tasks is gone. I'm getting 50-75% more IPAs (income-producing activities) done each day.
And I don't feel so burnt out like I can't catch up.
GrokBot does all of my agentic "doer" work 24/7 ~ no Claude Code, no scheduled tasks in Cowork needed. And every day I get better at telling it what I want so it's fine-tuned to my work style and goals.
Let me give you few real-life examples...
EMMY ~ My Inbox Manager. She checks multiple inboxes every two hours. I trained her on what matters, the different aliases I have, what each one means, and how to manage it all. EMMY knows what I need to see and automatically archives the emails I don't need. (Yes - you can connect as many email accounts as you'd like.)
This is an area I never realized was draining so much of my time and mental energy. And now I feel so light!
BARB ~ My Chief of Staff. I talk to Barb every morning for my brain dump, plus multiple times a day when we need to put something into action. She can route tasks to my other AI employees and updates the team as needed.
ZOE ~ My VA. She handles all the random grunt work and one-off tasks I've been putting off because I didn't want to do it myself or hire someone for it.
Each employee manages their own tasks and updates their own SOPs as they go. I don't have to do it for them. That's one thing I never loved about having a human VA who waited on me for an explainer SOP or a task update.
Honestly, there's so much GrokBot can do. I've only scratched the surface. And already see real growth in my business after just two weeks.
